NOSHOW / CANCELLATION / Return and Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for any reason.  Re-scheduling of classes for any cancellations is at the discretion of Omega Defense Solutions LLC (ODS) instructors and is not a guarantee.

• If you fail to show up for a class or show up late you will forfeit your registration. 
• If you reschedule prior to 72 hours, there will be a $50 fee 
• If you reschedule within 72 hours of class there will be a $100 fee. 

All students attending courses must officially register/enroll via the ODS website.  Full payment of the class cost is due at the time of registration/enrollment.  By purchasing items via the ODS website, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all ODS policies, including the Release and Waiver of Liability, and agree to comply fully.  All students are required to sign a waiver of liability before each course begins.  All required paperwork will be sent to you in a digital Welcome Letter.
